Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. has named Steve Baginski executive vice president of finance and administration.
He will be responsible for accounting, finance, human resources, information technology and legal counsel.
Baginski most recently worked for Columbus, Ohio-based Limited Brands Inc., where he was senior vice president of finance.
"Steve will be instrumental in driving our global growth initiatives forward through identificaton and implementation of best practices in domestic and international operations at Hercules," says Hercules CEO and President Larry Seawell.
