Leverege Rolls Out PitCrew AI Solution

PitCrew, a new, artificial intelligence-powered solution from Leverege, is designed to optimize tire dealership operations.

According to Leverege, PitCrew's goals are to "increase daily service volumes, reduce customer wait times and maximize resource utilization" by providing real-time visibility into what's happening inside service bays.

"The platform is especially beneficial to multi-location operators, allowing insights and improvements to scale across entire service networks."

PitCrew detects when a vehicle enters or exits a service bay, tracks the number of technicians working per day and identifies vehicles by make, model or license plate and then links them with customer records. The data feeds into "intuitive dashboards and alerts, helping managers make instant decisions that keep service flowing. 

"PitCrew also uses predictive analytics to forecast busy periods, enabling proactive scheduling and workload distribution. The system integrates easily with existing camera set-ups and shop management systems" and also enhances technician productivity via "gamification and leaderboars and improves the customer experience by reducing wait uncertainty."
