It features  industry-specific intelligence... designed specifically for tire shops, mechanical service centers and B2B (fleet and agricultural) service providers, with deep knowledge of appointment types, service language and customer expectations.

Bilingual support for staff is available. Even when shops employ multilingual teams, the AI Agent bridges gaps to ensure no customer is left waiting or confused.
