SEMA Show: Gaither Showcases New Products

Gaither Tool is showcasing several new products, including additions to its Bead Bazooka tool, at the SEMA Show.

The Bead Bazooka Car Seat mounting system serves as a holster that keeps "your Bead Bazooka secure and out of harm's way while conducting service on the move in the most demanding of environments," say Gaither officials. "It is designed to be bolted directly on to service vehicles regardless of make or model and can accommodate all of our Bead Bazooka bead seater models."

Also new is the Bead Booster GB-38L3, a "more powerful 3in Rapid Air Release (RAR) valve replacing the previous 2-inch valve. This new upgrade retains the same renowned reliability and repairability of the original valve, but adds more power by allowing more air to escape the tank more quickly during discharge."

During the SEMA Show, Gaither also is showcasing its new tire and wheel set lifting system concept, the Winntec NXT. "This pre-production unit swiftly lifts and lowers wheel assemblies from floor to shoulder height, making tire and wheel service much faster and safer, all without any cables or air hoses. Powered by a user-supplied cordless drill, each unit includes a universal housing allowing users to fix any drill regardless of manufacturer or battery type to the lift, providing unprecedented flexibility and cohesion with any shop’s preferred battery ecosystem."

Also new and on display is the Winntec Dominator and Smart Disk (V2),w hich help techs move heavy wheel sets around the shop. "Featuring an upgraded frame and lifting arms, the dominator is a worthy successor to Gaither’s famous Winntec Smart Cart. The patented LOADSHIFT technology is designed to handle larger loads with ease. It boasts an integrated kick pedal, redesigned stainless steel arms and a bracket set for carrying a Smart Disc (V2), making moving heavy wheels and tires even easier."

In addition, the new Big Foot 50 Ton Jack Plate "promises to provide additional stability and support when using a high-capacity jack on uneven terrain thanks to its recessed interior lifting area making accidental jack movements less likely," according to Gaither officials. "This, combined with the extra-large footprint, improves overall safety for the operator and equipment. It is compatible with all major bottle jack brands, including our own Gaither Moore-Safe."

And Gaither has refined the design of its GT Series Electrohydaulic 42/20T jack to provide even more flexibility and reliability to the user. "This jack offers cordless and hoseless high-capacity lifting, perfect for mobile service or the modern electrified ecosystem of today’s service centers."
