SEMA Show: Bartec Unveils Bartec365 App
Bartec TPMS continues to build on its Connected Support strategy with the new Bartec365 App.
Available for both Apple and Google devices, the Bartec365 App "is an all-in-one solution for automotive service professionals working in tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)," say Bartec officals.
"Designed to streamline technician workflow, Bartec365 brings together tool management, detailed service reports, a comprehensive knowledge base and direct access to Bartec’s technical support team."
The app allows users to update tools, purchase software, configure WiFi, collect service data from Bartec TPMS tools, create and print reports and contact Bartec support staff. It also includes TSBs, videos, articles, parts numbers and vehicle relearns.
"The Bartec365 application is a platform that Bartec will continue to build upon, with future features including Rite-Sensor warranty registration and tracking, TPMS tool updating and training and field support requests. The Bartec365 application is a stand-alone resource while it also pairs with the Bartec Tech600Pro, Tech550Pro and Tech450Pro to create service reports for consumers."
Scot Holloway, Bartec's CEO, says the app is "a logical extension of Bartec’s Connected Support Model. This will help our customers create even more success when servicing TPMS."
Bartec officials are demonstrating the Bartec365 app inside the company's booth (#41057) at this week's SEMA Show. Bartec's booth is located in the lower South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
