PCTNA Promotes Granito, Names Managers
Prinx Chengshan Tire North America (PCTNA) has promoted Jerry Granito to vice president of sales and has added Andrew Glesing and Perry Pearlman as regional sales managers.
Glesing will service as regional sales manager for PCTNA's western region, while Pearlman will service as regional sales manager for Canada.
"These leadership moves further strengthen PCTNA’s growing sales organization and reinforce the company’s commitment to exceptional customer partnerships and continued growth across North America," say PCTNA officials.
Granito has been a key part of the PCTNA team since 2022, most recently serving as director of corporate accounts, "where he set records for sales growth with both retail and wholesale customers. Under his leadership, PCTNA’s largest account grew by nearly 200% from 2023 to 2025, driven by his hands-on approach and focus on building relationships at every level - from warehouse personnel to corporate leadership.
"As vice president of sales, Granito now oversees PCTNA’s sales team, leading efforts to grow existing partnerships and attract new customers through a consultative, solutions-driven approach. He also plays a key role on the leadership team that drives PCTNA’s mission to deliver best-in-class service across all areas of business: sales, customer support, marketing, supply chain and product innovation."
"Jerry’s leadership and ability to connect with customers have been instrumental to our growth,” says PCTNA President Samuel Felberbaum. “With him leading our sales organization and the additions of our new regional leadership, PCTNA is well-positioned to continue its upward trajectory toward becoming a top 20 global tire manufacturer.”
Glesing, based in Henderson, Nev., "brings strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills from his background in manufacturing operations and production planning," according to PCTNA official. "Most recently, he served as a manufacturing analyst and production control planner at North American Lighting, where he led cross-departmental initiatives and implemented process improvements to enhance operational efficiency."
Pearlman "has already made significant strides in expanding the company’s reach and strengthening relationships throughout the Canadian market. Perry brings a wealth of industry knowledge, holding various roles and most recently as president of Generation Tires" in Vancover, British Columbia.
“It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how far we’ve come as a company in such a short time,” says Granito. “Our growth is driven by the partnerships we’ve built and the trust our customers place in us. As we continue to expand our footprint and strengthen our relationships, I’m confident PCTNA will not only reach the top 20 globally, but set a new standard for service, innovation and performance in the tire industry."
