Maxxis International – USA has received the gold A’ (A-Prime) Design Award for its N Vision intelligent tire.
The international A’ Design Award competition honors good design across a variety of categories, including transportation, hospitality, furnishing, beauty and more.
The N Vision was recognized in the Vehicle Parts, Auto Accessories and Care Products design category.
Designed for autonomous cars, N Vision uses data from multiple sensors to predict road conditions, vehicle load, speed and tire conditions. The tire then adapts to those conditions by adjusting the stretch and bending of its spokes. N Vision’s intelligent technology allows for lower travel costs per mile, according to Maxxis officials.
Red Dot Product Design
Maxxis International – USA has won two Red Dot Product Design Awards for 2025 in the Vehicle Accessory category with its Victra Sport 6 and HP6 tires.
Available in Europe, the Maxxis Premitra HP6 features enhanced mileage for travel, wet handling, rolling resistance, efficient braking and a smooth ride.
The Maxxis Victra Sport 6, also available in Europe, is an ultra high-performance tire designed for sport and premium vehicles including electric vehicles and hybrids.
Red Dot trophies will be awarded to winners at a gala scheduled for July 8 in Essen, Germany.
