TIA Opens Voting for 2025-2026 Board of Directors
The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has opened voting for its 2025-2026 board of directors election.
Five seats are available for this year's board – four for a three-year term and one for a two-year term. A total of nine candidates, including two incumbents, are running for election.
The 2025-2026 nominees are:
- Stephen Callahan – Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC, Pittsburgh, Pa.
- Jeff Campbell – Tire Discounters Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio
- John Evankovich – Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Centers, Bentonville, Ark.
- Darrel Jackson – Big O Tires, Kernersville, N.C.
- Michael Jacobsen – Purcell Tire Company, Potosi, Mo.
- Al Klinge – Klinge Group of Companies, Sherwood, Queensland 4075, Australia
- Brian Laughlin – Technical Rubber Company, Johnstown, Ohio
- Seth Murphree – Travel Centers of America, Anderson, S.C.
- Jason Rook – Independent Tire Dealers Group, LLC, Wimberley, Texas
Voting is open to all eligible TIA members in good standing. Members may cast their votes by mail-in ballot or online at: https://www.tireindustry.org/about/leadership/tia-board-election-voting/.
Voting opened on July 9, 2025, and will close on Sept. 1, 2025. Election materials have been mailed to the primary contacts at all eligible TIA member companies.
The election results will be announced in mid-September, and those elected will officially take office during TIA’s Annual Membership Meeting on Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, in Las Vegas, ahead of the Global Tire Expo/SEMA Show.
