The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has elected Josephine Foley, manager of safety and fleet for Sullivan Tire Co., to serve as secretary of the association.

Foley, a current member of TIA’s board of directors, was elected during the association’s Mid-Year Board Meeting. She will begin her term Nov. 2 during TIA’s board meeting in Las Vegas, Nev., ahead of the 2026 Global Tire Expo/SEMA Show.

Her election places Foley in TIA’s officer rotation and positions her to serve as the association’s president during the 2028-2029 term.

Foley has worked for Sullivan Tire and Automotive Service for more than 20 years. In her current role, she oversees workplace safety, regulatory compliance, fleet operations and employee development initiatives for the Norwell, Mass.-based, employee-owned tire dealership.

She is an Associate Safety Professional and Certified Automotive Fleet Manager.

TIA CEO Richard “Dick” Gust says Foley’s experience in safety and fleet operations will benefit the association’s Executive Committee.
