Hankook Tire America Corp. employees placed first in their division for participation and fundraising during the 2026 Special Olympics Tennessee Music City Corporate Challenge.

Employees from Hankook’s North American headquarters in Nashville, Tenn., participated in the month-long, Olympic-style competition, which promotes employee wellness and community involvement among Nashville-area businesses.

Hankook employees raised more than $5,000 for Special Olympics Tennessee and also finished first in their division for participation.

“We are thrilled to be crowned champions of this year’s Music City Corporate Challenge, and even more so to continue our work with Special Olympics Tennessee,” says Rob Williams, president of Hankook Tire America Corp.

“I am proud of all the employees who participated and fundraised. This challenge brought us together as a company and a business community to have fun and support the mission of Special Olympics Tennessee.”

Hankook announced its partnership with Special Olympics Tennessee earlier this summer. The organization provides year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Hankook also will sponsor the Unified Fore Joy Topgolf ProAm on Sept. 18. The fundraising event will take place at Topgolf locations in Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Memphis.

Each participating team will be paired with a Special Olympics Tennessee athlete. Proceeds from the event will support athletes throughout the state.
