Nexen Updates Tire Warranty and Launches Resource for Dealers

Nexen Tire America Inc. has updated its tire warranty as of March 1, and also created a one-stop resource for tire dealers with the company's marketing tools, training resources, associate dealer program info and more.

The Nexen Tire Garage is a website designed to help Nexen tire dealers access all of the tiremaker's tools and resources. It contains info on all of these programs:

  • Nexen Tire Total Coverage Warranty: Available on most Nexen tires, the company details the Mileage Tread Wear Limited Warranty, Road Hazard Replacement Program, Roadside Assistance and 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Trial Warranty. As of March 1, Nexen says its Road Hazard Replacement Warranty now includes 3/32-inches of tread life or 2 years.

  • Nexen Tire Next Level Associate Dealer Program: Dealers are rewarded with more money back as they sell more tires. The five-tier system has unit qualifiers with built-in volume bonuses.

  • NexenACE: Available to new and current Nexen dealers, NexenACE is an online portal that contains the training resources and product information to get started selling Nexen tires. Users accrue points to use towards Nexen merchandise

  • Nexen Network: This is a waiting room entertainment center provided to select Nexen dealers.

  • Nexen Tire N’Social Media Portal: Available to all dealers, Nexen’s N’Social media platform allows dealers to build a larger online presence using full assets provided by Nexen. Dealers have the option to manually post unique content on major social media platforms or enable full automation, allowing Nexen Tire to do all the work

  • Nexen mobile app: The app is designed to help Nexen dealers generate leads and connect with consumers. Mobile app features a version for both dealers and consumers, available for download for both Android and Apple devices in their respective app stores. Dealers can access information about current products, plus a lead-management system, training videos, VIN scanner and more.

  • Augmented reality: The mobile app feature allows dealers and consumers to visualize what Nexen tires will look like on their vehicle.

  • Latest news: Dealers can find the latest news and announcements from Nexen, such as new product announcements and warranty updates.

  • D.O.T. and Road Hazard Registration: 36-month roadside assistance includes complimentary tire change or two service, available on most Nexen tires.

  • Tire finder tool: Dealers and customers alike can search for Nexen tires by year, make, model and style, or by tire size.

  • Original Equipment (OE) fitments: Nexen provides tires at an OE level for more than 30 manufacturers around the world.

  • Complete digital resource tab: From videos and logos to warranty information, hundreds of Nexen resources are available in one location.

Nexen says the Garage is designed to make all of its tools and resources as convenient and accessible as possible. The marketing tools are available to dealers at no cost, and Nexen says the tools are designed to help dealers connect with consumers and sell more tires.
