ATEQ TPMS Tools LC has named Rafid Abood to the position of technical support specialist.
In his new role, Abood will help customers troubleshoot tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS)-related problems. He also will train customers in ATEQ TPMS tools and software.
“With Rafid’s experience and knowledge he brings to the team, ATEQ will strive to take care of the customer right the first time and every time,” says Desart Dinkollari, operations manager.
Abood has more than 10 years of experience in "delivering leadership, services, and solutions to the information technology sector," according to ATEQ officials.
