Cardone Industries Inc. has acquired a controlling interest in ADP Distributors Inc., the parent company of turbocharger manufacturer Rotomaster International.
Rotomaster is a global brand and manufacturer of new and remanufactured turbochargers, service kits, cartridges and components.
“Like Cardone, Rotomaster is a brand that is known for its quality and reliability,” says Cardone CEO Stan Gowisnock. “ADP is also a rapidly growing business. Over the coming months, we’ll be looking at ways we can partner with ADP to amplify its growth trajectory by leveraging our extensive resources.”
Rotomaster is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has facilities in Toronto, Phoenix, Arizona; Seattle, Wash.; as well as in Spain and China. Rotomaster provides turbochargers and accessories for cars and other light-duty vehicles, as well as heavy-duty, off-road and marine applications. Gowisnock noted, “The addition of Rotomaster not only increases our turbo manufacturing capabilities, but it provides Cardone with valuable inroads to new markets outside the automotive aftermarket.”
Rotomaster General Manager Garret Wiebe will continue in his role, leading this new division of Cardone and will also serve in an expanded leadership capacity for Cardone, reporting directly to Gowisnock.
