Latest Bolt On Technology Tool Measures Daily Shop Performance

Oct. 23, 2017

Bolt On Technology LLC’s newest software tool enables automotive service shops to measure their daily performance.

Bolt On Technology has partnered with Horizon Training and Management Group to create the Horizon Dashboard. The new feature gives shops the ability to set goals and measure performance on an easy-to-read dashboard, according to Bolt On Technology.

With a quick glance, shop owners can grasp the pulse of their business with key performance indicators, such as cash flow, ROI, operating profit, and bottom line. The Horizon Dashboard highlights strengths, pinpoints weaknesses, and provides clear direction on how to improve.

“It tells you what you’re doing well and what you’re not doing so well,” says Frank Dragoni, director of business relationships at Bolt On Technology. “But what makes it different is the fact that this system gives you recommendations and corrective measures on how to fix and improve the areas needed.”

Horizon Dashboard is now available for all Mitchell 1’s Manager SE, Snap-on’s ShopKey SE, NAPA Tracs, and R.O. Writer shop management systems.
