Andy Traicoff Has a New Job at Goodyear: VP of the Customer Experience

Oct. 9, 2018

Three leaders at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. are taking on new positions, including Andy Traicoff, who's assuming a newly created role: vice president of the customer experience in the Americas.

Traicoff, formerly vice president of sales and customer development for the North America consumer, will develop and implement an integrated customer engagement approach for the Americas region. The focus: make it easy for customers to do business with Goodyear.

He'll report to Steve McClellan, president of Goodyear Americas.

Two other men are taking on new roles in the North America consumer business.  Mike Dwyer will become chief customer officer for the North America consumer, and will be responsible for original equipment and replacement sales. Dwyer, who previously served as chief marketing officer for the North America consumer, will report to Scott Rogers, president of the North America consumer.

Chris Magana has been named vice president and general manager of OE for the North American consumer. He'll report to Dwyer, and succeeds Ken Hertl, who has announced his plans to retire. Magana previously worked as director of categories for the North America consumer. “The changes we are announcing today position us to win together with our customers, in consumer and commercial products, and across the Americas region, making it easy for consumers and fleets to buy, own and recommend Goodyear tires," says McClellan. "I have enormous confidence in Andy, Mike and Chris and their ability to drive value for our customers.”
