Yokohama's New App for Creating Social Media Content Is Free to Tire Dealers

Aug. 27, 2018

Yokohama Tire Corp.’s new Rallio app is designed to help tire dealers easily publish and personalize Yokohama-created social media content on all their communication channels. The tool is free to dealers.

The new app speeds the process of creating social media content, according to Alan Holtschneider, Yokohama’s director of marketing.

“The Rallio app, which is available now, is a simple dashboard that allows distributors and dealers to receive approved content from Yokohama (along with other content pieces from the Automotive Social Portal inside Rallio) and syndicate it automatically to their brands/locations or manually approve them before they are posted.”

Holtschneider says the Rallio app eliminates the need for dealers to spend hours creating their own social media content. “All they have to do is log into their dashboard, select the content they'd like to go out on their pages and either immediately post it or schedule the content out for a future date and time.”

In addition to allowing dealers to manage their entire social media presence, the Rallio dashboard also offers a reputation management system that gives dealers the ability to monitor and respond to all of their online reviews from one simple spot. The efficiency of creating and scheduling content and responding to engaged customer is magnified when dealers have more than one location.
