Buy a Bartec TPMS tool, get a TIA tuition voucher

Dec. 29, 2011

TIA is taking its Automotive Tire Service (ATS) Certification Course on the road in 2012. Throughout the coming year, in 28 cities across the country, those who successfully complete the four-day class will be certified as Advanced ATS Instructors.

Bartec says that to back up their commitment to training and education, the company is offering a special offer for the ATS tour. Beginning Jan. 2, 2012, an ATS registration form and a tuition voucher will be included with every new Tech400SD TPMS tool shipped. The tuition voucher, when combined with the special sponsorship tuition rate, means a $200 discount for this class, and is only available from Bartec.

“We believe that 2012 will be an important year for TPMS and tire repair,” says Scot Holloway, CEO of Bartec USA LLC. “In light of two recent revelations, the NHTSA/TIA scenario clarification and a $20 million tire repair settlement, we believe that education, training, and of course having the proper equipment, is the best way forward if you are in the tire service business.”

Bartec says the Tech400SD is the market-leading TPMS tool for the diagnosis and repair of the TPMS of domestic and import vehicles. Features include trouble code detection and displaying, on-board re-learn procedures, sensor part number display, SD card updating (no computer required), and market-leading vehicle coverage.
