Robert Bosch LLC has introduced the “Bosch National Wheel Service Promise.” The promise guarantees that a Bosch authorized wheel service repair provider will restore Bosch equipment to operating condition within 48 hours of the repair being scheduled.
“The National Wheel Service Promise is unprecedented, and assures the shop that it won’t skip a beat if repairs are needed on Bosch branded tire changers, wheel balancers, aligners or brake lathes, purchased on or after Jan. 1, 2012,” says Michael Loth, manager Technical Service and Support for Bosch. “As part of the promise, Bosch will offer or extend the equipment’s labor warranty for six months if we don’t repair it within 48 hours.”
Under the guarantee, tech support will call back within two hours. The repair will be scheduled within 24 hours once diagnosed, and completed within 48 hours from the time it was scheduled.
