Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Jeff Marshall chief financial officer. Marshall fills the position vacated by Vic Siewert, who has been named senior vice president of planning and administration.
Marshall brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in finance, operations, sales and marketing, with an emphasis on operating businesses in a private equity environment. He comes from Transtar Holding Co. -- a leading distributor of aftermarket automotive parts and supplies -- where he most recently served as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer.
As senior vice president of planning and administration, Siewert will oversee business development, legal and trademarks, insurance programs and human resources. He has been with Hercules for more than 21 years, serving in capacities such as accounting manager, controller and vice president of finance.
