Virtual tire marketing is in Vogue

March 8, 2011

QA Graphics has designed additional vehicle models for Vogue Tyre and Rubber Co.’s vehicle configurator, EnTyre 360°.

The three new models for the product viewer are the 2010 Cadillac SRX, Cadillac Escalade, and the Cadillac CTS Coupe. The 2010 Cadillac CTS and Lexus RX350 were made available when EnTyre 360° was initially launched in late 2009.

Other vehicle models coming down the pipeline in 2011 include the Lexus ES.

EnTyre 360° is a computer application that allows users to virtually modify their vehicles. The computer application is like "a virtual showroom that allows viewers to see a realistic 360-degree view of their vehicle and custom options," says Vogue.

"Creating EnTyre 360° has allowed Vogue Tyres to better integrate the sales of their aftermarket car part accessories at the dealership level."

“EnTyre 360° has helped increase both sales and customer appreciation,” says Jim Kemp, sales manager at Metropolitan Cadillac in Milwaukee, Wis. “It gives them the final touch for their vehicle. It’s like trying it on before you buy it.”

Vogue adds that development of this solution "has helped Vogue Tyres increase sales at the dealership level as well as online."
