The North Carolina Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association (NCTDRA) has announced the debut of two new events that will take place when the group holds its 2011 Buying Expo & Trade Show in Concord, N.C., March 4-6.
“The first year North Carolina Tire Industry Hall of Fame and the 2012 Educational Scholarship Foundation are just two events we will be including this year,” says NCTDRA president Ryan Benton of Black’s Tire Service in Whiteville N.C. “We have a new twist this year — we are including a tech day for ‘hands-on’ technical seminars and instructional demos with operational equipment.”
Benton says NCTDRA is increasing the value of the expo to vendors and attendees by featuring special show purchase opportunities from participating exhibitors to give both exhibitors and attendees incentive to be included.
