AutoNetTV has signed an agreement with REELZCHANNEL, the cable/satellite TV channel dedicated completely to movies and their stars, to further enhance its entertaining and educational TV network devoted to improving sales and customer experience in automotive centers. 

REELZCHANNEL showcases Top 10 features, behind-the-scenes clips, celebrity interviews, and red carpet footage which appeals to viewers of all ages and increases customers’ receptivity to the AutoNetTV service recommendation reports, the company says.

AutoNetTV’s Lobby TV program changes monthly, allowing for greater rotation of automotive service topics and fresh entertainment content. REELZCHANNEL content focuses on movies that are new in theaters and on DVD, as well as fun storylines such as the Top 10 Football Movies.

An independent study of the AutoNetTV program, conducted by Nielsen Media Research, reveals 84% of automotive service customers agreed that, “AutoNetTV is a good thing to offer customers,” and 81% agreed the program is informational, which led to 21% becoming interested in obtaining additional products or services. 

The addition of REELZCHANNEL content to AutoNetTV’s existing entertainment lineup from CBS, such as Rachael Ray, CBS Sports and Big Bang Theory will greatly lower customers’ perceived wait time, which directly leads to an increase in Customer Satisfaction Index scoring.
