Federal-Mogul Expands Steering and Suspension Line

Federal-Mogul Motorparts has added 54 part numbers to its Moog brand steering and suspension line. The additions offer combined service coverage of more than 61 foreign and domestic passenger vehicles.  

The new Moog brand parts include:

* ES800972 – outer tie rod end: Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee (2011-2014) (left and right);

* EV800961 – inner tie rod end: Chrysler 300 and 300C (2005-2010); Dodge Challenger (2008-2010), Charger (2006-2010) and Magnum (2005-2008);

* K500240 - ball joint: Lexus GS300 (2006), GS430 (2006-2007), GS350 and GS450h (2007-2011), GS460 (2008-2011), IS250 (2006-2013), IS-F (2008-2013), IS250C and IS350C (2010-2013), and IS350 (2006-2013) (front upper); and

* ES800391 – outer tie rod end: BMW 540i (1997-2003), 540iA (1997), 540iT (1999-2000), and M5 (2000-2003) (left).

Other new Moog brand parts include 12 coil spring sets, four control arms and 14 additional wheel bearing and hub assemblies for vehicles up to and including the 2015 model year.

The Moog brand is in its 50th year of Cup competition. In recognition of the vital importance of steering and suspension components in overall vehicle safety and performance, NASCAR mandates that Cup teams use Moog Problem Solver parts, specifically ball joints and tie rod ends.
