Cooper Tire and Rubber Co.’s Zeon RS3-A all-season ultra-high performance tire has received a “Best Buy” rating from Consumers Digest magazine. It is the tire’s second Best Buy distinction from the publication in as many evaluations.
Cooper says Consumers Digest editors praised the Zeon RS3-A for delivering "the best braking and wet traction of the performance car tires that we evaluated in (its) price range. We also found that this tire provides the quietest, smoothest ride of any economy tire.”
