Tap Rap tire repair products from Italian manufacturer RFP SrL are now being distributed exclusively in North America by International Tire Repair Solutions Inc. (ITRS).
"This... gives us the opportunity to expand the customer base and market presence of the Tap Rap line of repair materials in the truck and OTR markets, where we have been extremely active in recent years," says ITRS.
Tap Rap clients in Canada, the United States and Mexico will be supplied from the company's location in Vancouver, B.C.
"We are currently working to establish a distribution agreement with a company in eastern Canada to better service Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces, while the B-Line Tire Supply group of companies continues to supply customer needs in western Canada."
Existing Tap Rap clients in other regions of the world, including Chile, Colombia, Indonesia and Africa, also will be supplied from Vancouver, according to the company.
ITRS representative Wayne Jackson will be attending the upcoming Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in Las Vegas and will be available to meet with anyone who has questions about Tap Rap products, or the technique of cable replacement tire repair. He also will be attending the Tire Industry Association OTR Conference in Hawaii in Feb. 2008.
