In order to improve the exhibition experience, the organizers of Autopromotec 2013 have designed an App for smartphones and tablets, which can be downloaded free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by entering Autopromotec in the search field.
During the event, which takes place May 22-26 in Bologna, Italy, the Autopromotec App will provide an interactive tool to search the exhibition hall layout, as well as to visualize the list of AutopromotecEDU seminars; moreover, the App will feature many other additional functions.
The Autopromotec App may be used by the exhibitors to track booth visitors by scanning the admission ticket. By accessing the restricted area highlighted in the App (Exhibitor Login button on the bottom left of the screen), exhibitors use the restricted area credentials for the www.autopromotec.it website, already provided to them.
It will be possible to use a smartphone or a tablet to “read” the barcode on the visitor ticket. This function may be used also in the offline mode (that is, in the absence of an internet connection) since the contacts are stored since the download (that is, through a wi-fi connection or in case the device has a sim card).
At the end of the exhibition all the contacts may be downloaded by clicking on the relevant button located in the personal restricted area on www.autopromotec.it.
