KYB Americas Corp. has promoted Ryan Dickerman to territory sales manager for the Great Lakes region. Dickerman has been with KYB since 2007.
In his new position, Dickerman will serve KYB customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. His primary objective is to increase KYB aftermarket sales with its distribution partners throughout the area. However, he also is responsible for implementing all KYB promotions and training clinics.
Since joining the company, Dickerman has held various roles in customer service, where he served as the primary liaison between KYB’s sales force and customer support department.
"As customer support supervisor, Ryan did an extraordinary job creating synergies between our large sales force and the customer support department," says Vice President Mike Fiorito. "He is an effective leader, meets customer’s expectations and has a great background with KYB."
