ASA will offer tech support on Saturdays

ASA Automotive Systems is extending its technical support hours to include Saturdays to better serve its customers.

When the change goes into effect on June 2, 2012, ASA will offer telephone technical support on Saturdays to all TireMaster customers at no additional cost. The service will be part of ASA's standard software maintenance agreement.

“We remain committed to, and focused on, delivering the best possible customer experience we can,” says Scott Hopkins, vice president of operations. “So far in 2012, we’ve added two new support analysts, which have allowed us to cut our response time in half.

"And now, beginning in June, we will add Saturday support hours to assist clients with any critical issues. These changes were essential to handle the growth in our customer base.”
