Electronic Specialties Inc.’s new 16-piece Spade Terminal Test Lead Set (#1351) covers seven sizes of male and female spade (flat) terminals.
Connections to the vehicle are made via the included 48-inch stacking banana plug test leads. Test leads feature standard 4mm banana jacks, and so are compatible with most DMMs (digital multimeters) and digital scopes.
The company says the adapters enable snug electrical fitting with most spade-type vehicle connectors.
When used with the provided test leads, in-line and non-intrusive electrical readings and waveforms can be tapped for diagnostic purposes.
