Bloomsburg, Pa.-based Steve Shannon Tire Co. has acquired six Trombley Tire & Auto locations. They are located in Canandaigua, Cortland, Geneva, Ithaca, Penn Yan and Seneca Falls, N.Y.
Steve Shannon Tire now has 27 combined retail/commercial outlets throughout New York and Pennsylvania, plus six wholesale distribution centers.
Trombley Tire & Auto was founded in 1958 and was owned and operated by Tim Trombley and his family.
