Directors of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. have declared a quarterly dividend of 7 cents per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on Aug. 1, 2016. The payout represents an annual rate of 28 cents per share.
