Andreoli offers try-before-you-buy software

Dec. 9, 2014

Andreoli & Associates Inc. (A&A), a cloud-based, point-of-sale software developer, launched a new website that provides software overview videos and also unveils a new company logo and look.

“Tire shop and auto service dealers are using the web more than ever to investigate replacement point-of-sale software and want to do so with anonymity,” says Mike Andreoli, president of A&A. “With the new site, dealers can ‘window shop’, while giving us the opportunity to share our story of consultative sales.”

To further drive the point of the company’s pledge to not oversell, interested dealers now first engage with someone from the company’s technical support team when requesting more information at www.hitstiresoftware.com.

“We have gotten very positive feedback from clients who have worked with our support staff during the evaluation phase. It changes the dynamic from selling to consulting,” says Andreoli.

Carmen Lesieur, of Maynard & Lesieur, Nashua, N.H., is an Andreoli client who had involvement with the company's support staff during the evaluation process.

Lesieur says, “We had a lot of specific questions and their support team was involved in making sure they understood what we wanted to accomplish. We never felt pressured.”

Following a review of a prospective client’s software needs, the company offers a 30 day “test drive” of the software with no obligation.

Andreoli says, “We have always been a consultative sales oriented company. Involving our support staff and offering a trial version of the software demonstrates our commitment to ensure we are a good fit for a dealer.”
