WD-40 launches mobile-responsive website

WD-40 Co. has launched mobile-responsive website that allows users to search by use category and product function and upload multimedia showing how they use the company’s products.

The custom Solution Explorer is an interactive search tool by use category and product function that helps users find the right WD-40 brand product for their need. The Solution Explorer uses a library of photos and videos to show how to use WD-40 products for maintenance and repair projects.

To further engage site visitors, the new website includes a multimedia upload tool where anyone from trade professionals to DIYers can show how they use WD-40 brand products. They can also share tips easily through Facebook, Twitter and e-mail.

The company says the new WD-40 brand website delivers the full desktop experience on mobile phones and tablets. Additionally, with a long-scrolling homepage and simple navigation, the website enables visitors to find answers, tips and information easier from wherever they may be.
