Bridgestone Americas Inc. has joined the Women in Trucking Association (WIT) as a gold level partner.
WIT encourages the employment of women in the trucking industry. It was established in 2007.
LaTres Jarrett, executive director of TBR at Bridgestone Americas, will serve on the association's board of directors.
In addition, Samantha McCracken, Bridgestone strategic operations manager, is a member of WIT's Content Advisory Council.
