Hunter Engineering Co. will provide demonstrations of heavy-duty tire and wheel service equipment during this month's TMC Show.

The event takes place March 16-19 in Nashville, Tenn. Hunter's TMC booth is #2900.

Highlighted equipment will include Hunter's HawkEye XL Commercial Alignment System, which "employs employs long-range camera technology to provide highly accurate measurements in four minutes or less," say Hunter officials.

Enhancements to the HawkEye XL system for this year's TMC include magnetic wheel adaptors for rapid attachment and increased wheel protection, drive-through tower configuration for drive-through alignment bays, a timesaving untethered alignment cart for controlling the system from the rear of the vehicle; and Hunter's new WinAlign software, "providing target extension placement guidance, aligner placement guidance for optimal location in front of the vehicle and the ability to choose thrustline or newly added frame-reference alignment methodology."

Other Hunter HD wheel service equipment on exhibit will include the "extra-torque, extra-speed and extra-safe" TCX645 tire changer; Hunter's Quick Check Commercial alignment and tire tread inspection system, "the first touchless commercial inspection solution for measuring camber, total toe, tandem axle scrub and tire tread depth on all assemblies for all axles;" Hunter's HD Elite wheel balancer and its patented laser vision system; Hunter's heavy-duty four-post lift with 35,000-lb. lifting capacity; and more.
