Doyle has more than 30 years of operational, financial management and acquisition experience and has helped oversee McCarthy Tire's rapid expansion. (The dealerships' president, John McCarthy Jr., was MTD's 2019 Tire Dealer of the Year.)
Shoulders is head of Matrix Capital Markets Group Inc.'s consumer and industrial investment banking group. He has many years of financial and merger and acquisition advisory experience, with specific expertise in the automotive aftermarket.
A 36-year tire industry veteran, Vogel has worked with hundreds of tire dealers throughout the country, implementing and enhancing their software systems and business operations.
