The new Discoverer Rugged Trek from Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. is an all-season tire "made for off-road adventuring, while offering outstanding on-road performance for everyday use," according to Cooper officials.
The tire is available in two unique upper sidewall designs - one on each side of the tire - for a customized look. Both sides feature long, deep cleats for off-road traction.
The tire also features Cooper's Whisper Grooves, which block "block the rush of air through the tire, helping to eliminate noise at high speeds," say Cooper officials.
The Discoverer Rugged Trek also contains the tiremaker's Stable Trac Technology for optimal stability and control, as well as omni-directional, micro gauge
sipes that enhance traction.
