Hankook Tire America Corp. will serve as the exclusive supplier of race tires for the U.S. Motor Sports Association’s Master Class of Racing (MCoR), beginning in 2023 and continuing through 2025.
MCoR is a Pro/Am series with six distinct classes and a mix of 50-minute sprint and endurance races. Participants will first run sprint races within their classes, where top drivers will then race in a mixed-class four-hour endurance race.
The opening round will take place on Feb. 17 at Michelin Raceway Road in Atlanta, with the final round taking place on Nov. 3 at Sonoma Raceway in California.
All participating vehicles will be equipped with Hankook Tire’s Ventus F200 and the Ventus Z207.
As the title sponsor of the 24H Series endurance race, Hankook will provide tires and also offer a variety of on-site services at the MCoR competition.
Hankook is supplying racing tires to more than 80 global motorsports competitions around the world, and also sponsoring teams "in an effort to nurture global motorsports culture and lead the future of motorsports with its innovative technology," the company says.
