Largest Hankook dealership opens second store

June 8, 2009

B-C Tire Service, the largest independent Hankook dealer in the New York City metropolitan area, opened its second retail store in Edison, N.J., this past weekend.

"We're thrilled to be able to open another retail operation," says B-C Tire President Joel Caplan. The dealership's first store is located in Piscataway, N.J.

B-C Tire, which opened in 1968, began carrying Hankook products in 2001.

The dealership "has demonstrated that by listening to your customers, providing a high level of customer service and (providing) cutting-edge products, you can excel," says Bill Bainbridge, director of brand communications for Hankook Tire America Corp.

In addition to two retail stores, B-C Tire also operates an extensive wholesale distribution operation, including an 18,000-square-foot warehouse.
