DSP adds content to 20-group Web site

July 20, 2009

Dealer Strategic Planning Inc. (DSP) has added content to its Web site, www.dsp-20group.com, "to provide potential members with more insight and information" about the 20-group tire dealer concept.

"Under the membership link, we've added a frequently asked questions (feature), which provides quick answers to the initial question of how a dealer can benefit from joining a DSP 20-group," says Pat Brown, DSP vice president of marketing.

Other additions include a link to financial workshops offered by DSP co-founder and Modern Tire Dealer contributor Norm Gaither.

"Under the (site's) membership link, the 'rules and requirements' detail the flexibility of the 20-group program membership. Unlike some organizations that require a contract for membership, the DSP 20-group doesn't mandate a long-term commitment for membership. Dealers are only required to sign a confidentiality agreement to make sure their financial information and ideas for business success remain within the group."
