Tire Service Equipment Mfg. Co. Inc./Saf-Tee Siping & Grooving (TSI/SSG) has acquired all inventory, trademarks, equipment and manufacturing rights of Amermac Inc. of Ellaville, Ga.
Amermac produced tire vibration equipment for more than 50 years.
TSI/SSG President Wes Sprunk "is working to make the transition as smooth as possible, is committed to providing superior service to all Amermac customers and is looking forward to building lasting relationships with them," the company says. TSI/SSG reports all service parts will be available.
