Continental gives $15K to ACCC-CMN program

Aug. 9, 2010

Continental Tire the Americas LLC has donated $15,000 to American Car Care Centers Inc.'s (ACCC) fundraising program for the Children's Miracle Network (CMN).

"We are thrilled to be able to support ACCC's efforts with this contribution," says Bill Caldwell, vice president of sales and marketing for Continental.

"We've had the pleasure of experiencing a strong relationship with ACCC and its member-dealers over the years, and the CMN does a tremendous service to the community with the resources they make available to local hospitals. The fact that 100% of this contribution will reach those hospitals reinforces the value of the program."

Continental's donation will be earmarked for hospitals in locations where ACCC member-dealers reside.

Jeremy Lewin, ACCC director of marketing, says Continental's donation "is not surprising. Continental Tire is an extremely charitable organization and they are always quick to support ACCC dealers in any way they can."
