Continental Tire the Americas LLC (CTA) has signed a multi-year agreement to sell Continental brand commercial tires at TravelCenters of America and Petro Stopping Center sites throughout the U.S. and Canada.
“In order to support our national fleet and owner-operator customers with greater distribution of Continental truck tires on the highway, we are happy to announce our strategic partnership with the TravelCenters of America and Petro Stopping Centers network,” says Paul Williams, vice president of truck tires for Continental, the Americas.
The TA and Petro network of replacement tire points of sale is comprised of more than 220 locations with truck maintenance and repair centers, and more than 2,800 technicians. Additionally, through TravelCenters of America’s RoadSquad program, emergency replacement tires are available 24/7/365 from over 400 roadside assistance vehicles.
“The TA and Continental agreement will allow more fleet and owner-operator customers to quickly access replacement Continental brand truck tires where and when needed, ensuring that they can get back on the road quickly to continue hauling freight across North America,” says Tom Fanning, Continental’s director of replacement truck tire sales in the U.S.

Today, with our cooperation with TA, we are providing them with even greater availability of both products and services to help them control their driving costs across North America.”
Continental’s best-selling HSL2 (Highway Steer Long Haul), HDL Eco Plus (Highway Drive Long Haul) and HTL Eco Plus (Highway Trailer Long Haul) truck tires are among many available now at.220 TravelCenters of America Truck Repair Centers and Petro:Lube Shop locations. These three tires are all verified by the U.S. EPA SmartWay Transport Partnership as low rolling resistance truck tires.
