Rubber Inc. Makes Acquisition

Rubber Inc. has acquired Automotive Distribution Specialists (ADS), also known as Service Inc.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Eric Stridde, Rubber Inc.’s vice president of sales, says the acquisition "represents a mutually beneficial partnership that will accelerate growth, expand capabilities, and deliver even greater value to its customers. It also strengthens our ability to better service accounts throughout New England."

With the addition of ADS, Rubber Inc. now has five distribution centers.
