ATD Names New CFO

Todd Pearce is American Tire Distributors' (ATD) new chief financial officer.

Pearce joins ATD from Continental Tire the Americas LLC, where he most recently served as chief financial officer.

"His deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, enhancing financial performance, process improvements and cross-functional collaboration will be key as ATD continues to expand its market leadership and invest in long-term innovation," say ATD officials.
