Justice Tire Distributors' (JTD) five distribution centers have merged with BTS Tire & Wheel Distribution Centers, a division of Black's Tire Service Inc.

BTS Tire & Wheel Distributors now has 15 total distribution centers throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and West Virginia.

"It's great to bring our families together to support independent tire dealers," says Ron Justice, who will continue to provide advisory support and will mainly focus day-to-day on his retail business.

His brother, Don Justice, will continue to support and manage the BTS-JTD operations.

According to Black's Tire Service officials, all JTD employees have been retained.

Both organizations "put the customer first," says Rick Benton, who oversees BTS Tire & Wheel Distributors. "And it's so refreshing to bring the same family values together. Service and people are always our top priorities and together we plan to be even stronger for our dealers."

The deal was finalized this past September. "Recently, the BTS-JTD team joined together and had a great time at Martinsville Speedway," say Black's Tire Service officials.

Black's Tire Service - one of the largest tire dealerships in the U.S., according to the 2025 MTD 100 -  is sponsoring partners with Kaulig Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series.
