When he bought his first Big O Tires location, Kent Coleman admits he knew nothing about tires or running a retail tire store, but in the 17 years since he’s grown to become one of the most successful dealers in the entire Big O Tires franchise. All 11 of his stores outperform the national average and five are ranked in the country's top 10 sales leaders for all Big O Tires stores.

It’s quite a turnaround and Coleman has learned plenty about what works and what doesn’t. And he says it all comes down to the people.
