Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels continues its support of the racing community as a presenting sponsor of this year’s Rocky Mountain Race Week.
With seven days of racing on four different tracks, Rocky Mountain Race Week is a fun, challenging series that follows in the tradition of "Drag and Drive" events, according to Mickey Thompson officials.
This year, there will be two weeks of racing: the first round will be held in Nebraska and Colorado this month and the second round will take place in September.
There are 12 classes for everything from rat rods to pro street cars and all cars and racers must meet National Hot Rod Association safety requirements for the speed they are running. A maximum of 250 cars can participate in race week.
