Herle to Replace Hesje as Fountain Tire CEO

March 8, 2022

Jason Herle will replace Brent Hesje as CEO of Fountain Tire Ltd. in May. A 28-year Fountain Tire veteran, Herle is the company's chief operating officer.

Hesje says Herle "is the perfect candidate to lead Fountain Tire. As the company's third CEO in the last 30 years, he has a legacy of seasoned leadership behind him.

"With the momentum of a strong business, powerful network and talented team, he has a bright future ahead. Jason's experience throughout the organization provides a perspective that few others could bring to the role."

From 2019 through 2021, Herle served as senior vice president of marketing, information systems and supply chain for the Edmonton, Alberta-based dealership, which has 160 locations throughout Canada. He was promoted to chief operating officer last year.

Hesje, who became Fountain Tire's CEO in 2005, will provide ongoing leadership to the company as executive chair of its board of directors.
