Anyline Inc. has unveiled its new Tire Sidewall Scanner that captures information on a tire sidewall with a single photo.
With the Anyline Tire Sidewall Scanner, users open the camera on their smartphones to take a photo of any passenger tire. The scanner captures analog tire information including tire size, department of transportation/tire indentification number, tire make and model, and converts it into digital data.
According to Anyling officials, the scanner removes the possibility of human error and helps the tire industry “revolutionize online tire retail.”
Every image is sent and processed using Anyline Cloud API - a simple application that enables you to scan elements from uploaded images.
